Thailand is very safe for families and welcomes millions of visitors each year. The Thai people are renowned for their warmth towards children, and family-friendly resorts offer excellent facilities. We recommend private transfers for ease with little ones.

Light, breathable clothing, modest outfits for temple visits, swimwear, reef-safe sunscreen, insect repellent, and comfortable walking shoes. Most resorts have excellent shops if you forget anything.
